DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Site Reliability Engineering team, the full-time remote DevOps Engineer will manage infrastructure architecture, automation, and intelligent monitoring systems while serving as a technology leader and mentor for clients and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and administer solutions to enhance customer infrastructure's operational efficiency and visibility
• Provide Root Cause Analysis reports for outages and incidents, and identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement
• Collaborate with teammates to contribute to the continuous improvement of team documentation and working culture

Required qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud and AWS, including infrastructure as code deployment using tools like Terraform
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Scala
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies, particularly Kubernetes
• Experience with Linux distribution platforms and comprehensive systems hardware and network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, processes, and culture
