DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To design and deliver customer experience solutions, the full-time remote DevOps Engineer will develop and manage an AWS environment for web applications, validate software releases for IVR applications, and utilize various scripting and troubleshooting techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and run an AWS environment for self-service web applications
- Validate and deploy software releases for large multi-locale IVR applications
- Write and execute SQL for configuration changes to applications
Required qualifications
- Experience with Amazon CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, and CodePipeline
- Operations administration experience with Linux, MacOS, and Windows
- Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with code repository and change management systems
