DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the DevOps Engineer will build and modernize cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Azure, and Kubernetes while providing mentorship and operational support to multi-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a reliable and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure utilizing best practices and emerging cloud technologies
• Act as a domain specialist, offering mentorship and guidance on systems architecture, security, and automation to cross-functional teams
• Respond to service desk tickets and streamline operational processes through automation to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• Extensive understanding of Azure applications and principles
• Expertise in Terraform, including writing and overhauling modules and managing complex operations
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and AWS ECS
• Familiarity with software supply chain systems such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Proven analytical skills with a strong background in programming and problem-solving
