DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Site Reliability Engineering team, the full-time remote DevOps Engineer will operate and maintain customer infrastructure, automate administrative tasks, and provide technology leadership while collaborating with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and administer solutions to enhance operational efficiency and visibility of customer infrastructure
• Conduct root cause analysis for outages and incidents, and identify opportunities for improving system resiliency and automation
• Collaborate with team members to document and improve client systems, procedures, and policies

Required qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud and AWS, including infrastructure as code deployment using tools like Terraform
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Scala
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies, particularly Kubernetes
• Experience with common Linux distributions, network configuration, and virtual infrastructure administration
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, processes, and culture
