DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support an innovative cloud technology organization, the fully remote DevOps Engineer will design and maintain deployment pipelines, build standardized workflows, and manage Kubernetes application deployment processes on a long-term contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain deployment pipelines, automation frameworks, and platform tooling
- Build standardized development and deployment workflows that improve engineering productivity
- Manage Kubernetes application deployment processes using GitOps and CI/CD methodologies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure automation
- Previous software engineering experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes and deployment technologies including ArgoCD
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation solutions
- Knowledge of AWS cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code tools
