DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the reliability and operational excellence of production platforms, the full-time remote DevOps Engineer (Customer Operations) will manage deployments, monitor system health, and lead technical support for customer implementations, ensuring seamless service and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployment of the product on Kubernetes, including rollout, updates, and scaling
- Ensure product health and reliability through monitoring, logs, and SLOs/SLIs
- Provide customer-facing technical operations support for on-premise and hosted deployments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm in production
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and configuration management tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong coding and scripting skills focused on automation and efficiency
