DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance developer experience and engineering enablement, the remote full-time DevOps Engineer will design, build, and optimize internal platforms and CI/CD processes while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical strategy for Developer Experience & Engineering Enablement initiatives
- Architect and develop scalable internal developer platforms and tools while optimizing CI/CD pipelines for performance and security
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide effective solutions and mentor junior engineers in best practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on DevOps, DevEx, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java
- Experience with CI/CD systems and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor teams in a technical leadership role
