Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support and troubleshoot escalated customer incidents and internal cloud requests
Deploy and manage cloud environments with Public Cloud Providers and automate manual efforts
Implement tools for system monitoring and operations while ensuring compliance with corporate Cloud governance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
2 or more years of related work experience in operational, DevOps, or production services
Experience with Observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, or Prometheus
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructures (AWS or equivalent) and Linux networking concepts
Coding and scripting experience in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js
