Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, configure, implement, and support PaaS solutions and related services
Ensure production systems run reliably and meet performance and business process SLAs
Design and build tools to automate support processes and enhance service monitoring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working knowledge
2-4 years of work experience in Development Operations
Strong understanding of IT lifecycle services and Agile/DevOps methodologies
Hands-on experience with programming and cloud technology
Ability to mentor less experienced team members
