DevOps Engineer II

Job Summary

Providing support for Linux systems and cloud services, the full-time remote DevOps Engineer II will manage daily application support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure while utilizing AWS and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily support for applications and users, troubleshooting issues related to CICD pipelines and cloud services
• Conduct ongoing performance tuning, infrastructure upgrades, and resource optimization as needed
• Collaborate with project teams to document and deploy new projects, while maintaining knowledge base and documentation

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related degree, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of Linux systems administration and configuration experience
• Strong scripting skills, preferably in Python or Bash
• 2+ years of cloud experience, with a focus on AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
