DevOps Engineer III

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried DevOps Engineer III will manage platform maintenance and vulnerability response, including triaging vulnerability notifications, remediating system vulnerabilities, and performing security assessments using various tools.

Key responsibilities

• Acknowledge and triage vulnerability notifications within specified SLAs
• Remediate identified vulnerabilities on a weekly release cadence and document changes
• Perform security assessments and maintain trusted base images while automating dependency updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent additional experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code provisioning
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and/or Jenkins
• Strong working knowledge of containerization using Docker and AWS ECS/EKS/Fargate
