DevOps Engineer III
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the DevOps Engineer III will ensure the stability and efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM environments, focusing on system reliability, automation, and deployment pipelines while collaborating with IT, Development, and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational support for D365 CRM, including monitoring integrations and troubleshooting errors
- Assist with deployment and release management for D365 customizations, ensuring alignment with DevOps best practices
- Monitor system operations and data pipelines, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and application issues
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure support roles
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell and SQL
- Experience with troubleshooting data flow and integration issues
