DevOps Engineer III
Job Summary
Supporting the development and implementation of the company's DevOps strategy, the full-time remote DevOps Engineer III will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient software delivery and contribute to the design and deployment of scalable infrastructure on AWS.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's DevOps strategy in collaboration with development and operations teams
- Design and deploy scalable, highly available infrastructure and systems using AWS and Hashicorp tools
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call support for critical incidents
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices, tools, and technologies
- Proficiency in AWS and experience with tools such as Github Actions, Nomad, Consul, Vault, and Terraform
- Experience managing source code repositories, particularly Github, and adherence to best practices
- Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and experience with shell and Python scripting
