DevOps Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead, DevOps Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year roadmap for Infrastructure & DevOps to ensure efficient scaling
• Partner with senior technologists to shape system-wide patterns and engineering best practices
• Design advanced cloud architectures and lead DevOps engineers in implementing automation and tooling

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years in Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes, microservice architectures, and service mesh technologies
• Expert-level experience building in Azure with high-availability and multi-region patterns
• Proficiency in IaC and CaC using tools like Terraform, CDK, and Atlantis
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
