DevOps Engineer with Kubernetes

Job Summary

To support a multi-year modernization journey, the contracted-to-full-time Sr. DevOps Engineer with Kubernetes will design, develop, and maintain automated build and release structures, manage Kubernetes clusters in Azure, and collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot deployment issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Setup, install, configure, and maintain build infrastructure and source control branches
• Perform periodic builds and deployments to production environments and coordinate pre-release activities
• Investigate and implement new tools or processes to enhance the reliability and efficiency of build and deployment pipelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps Engineering role
• Intermediate knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure services
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes or other containerization technologies (AKS)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps, Argo, and Flux
