DevOps Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote DevOps Engineering Manager will drive the strategy and execution of DevOps practices, focusing on automation, infrastructure management, and continuous improvement to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DevOps team while fostering a culture of automation and engineering excellence
• Define and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with business priorities, ensuring best practices in CI/CD, reliability, and security
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines and manage Infrastructure as Code practices to support scalable cloud environments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
• 3+ years of experience leading DevOps or platform teams
• Deep expertise in CI/CD systems and strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure and/or AWS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
