Leading a team of DevOps, Security, and IT engineers, the full-time salaried DevOps Engineering Manager will transform and scale best practices to support rapid AI-enabled innovation while ensuring secure and efficient development processes, with the flexibility to work remotely or in Boulder, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team focused on enabling rapid, secure development across product and technology organizations
• Implement systems, tools, and best practices that empower engineers to take ownership of operational excellence
• Drive the evolution of development, CI/CD, and monitoring practices to align with the fast-paced AI landscape

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading a DevOps team that enhances engineer autonomy through effective tooling and systems
• Demonstrated success in adopting AI tools and best practices that improve development velocity, quality, and stability
• Experience maintaining compliance certifications such as SOC2 and PCI through automated processes
• Strong Agile and project management skills with a history of improving team efficiency
