DevOps Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a critical DevOps function, the full-time salaried DevOps Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on platform reliability, developer velocity, and secure delivery, while collaborating across Engineering, Security, and Product in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing DevOps team by hiring, mentoring, and setting clear expectations for engineers
• Drive platform reliability by owning the health of CI/CD, deployment, and runtime infrastructure, and improving availability and incident response
• Build self-service and automation tools to streamline developer workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience, including coaching and performance management
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, or software engineering roles
• Strong expertise in operating production systems in a major cloud environment, preferably AWS
• Proven experience in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and automating operational workflows
• Familiarity with observability tools and practices for driving reliability improvements
