Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of engineers, the full-time remote DevOps Engineering Manager will oversee CI/CD processes, ensure secure software delivery, and drive compliance standards while empowering developers to ship code securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of CI/CD, DevOps, and Platform engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
• Champion secure software delivery practices and maintain automated supply chain security controls, ensuring compliance with defined standards
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and prioritize self-service developer portals and CI/CD capabilities that meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role within a cloud-native SaaS environment
• Proven ability to lead and empower technical teams, driving organizational change and collaboration
• Expertise in CI/CD and GitOps environments with a strong understanding of secure software delivery practices
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code to guide platform strategy and evaluate designs
• Experience tracking delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in pipeline performance
