DevOps Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried DevOps Engineering Manager will oversee cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align DevOps initiatives with business goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
• Oversee Guild's cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
• Enhance automation and CI/CD processes to improve service deployment and system observability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, with at least 3+ years in a management position
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using automation tools
• Proficiency in observability and monitoring solutions to drive operational excellence
• Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python or Bash
