Job Summary
Leading a remote DevOps Engineering Team, the full-time position will manage infrastructure projects, enhance developer tooling, and set technical direction while collaborating with technical teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify, plan, and implement developer tooling and automation
- Set technical direction for infrastructure decisions and define overall DevOps strategy
- Participate in on-call rotations and assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in developer CI/CD tooling, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Proven ability to design and develop scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Docker
- Expert-level knowledge with production observability systems like Datadog or NewRelic
- Prior experience mentoring engineers or informal people leadership
