Job Summary

Leading high-complexity projects in a remote environment, the full-time salaried DevOps Lead will deploy, secure, and maintain robust applications in AWS while shaping technical strategies and nurturing team talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and design cloud infrastructure on AWS, overseeing projects from architecture to implementation
  • Lead critical technical issue resolution and introduce innovative solutions for high-priority clients
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling
  • Strong command of infrastructure-as-code tools such as AWS CDK, Terraform, or CDKTF
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent English proficiency for business communications
