Key Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Design an automation framework for efficient rolling releases and standardize configuration management
Guide and mentor the team on infrastructure as code strategy and reduce deployment-related incident response time

Required Qualifications

2+ years managing a team of DevOps engineers
5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role
2+ years experience with Ansible
Strong CI/CD automation background, preferably with Gitlab, Ansible, and Terraform
Experience implementing centralized configuration management
