DevOps Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Manager to lead a team in enhancing infrastructure reliability and modernizing deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-8 engineers, setting expectations and providing development opportunities
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of infrastructure across all environments
• Own and improve deployment pipelines and observability tooling for efficient software delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, with 3+ years in a management role
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration
• Experience in designing and managing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
• Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
• Experience managing hybrid environments or modernizing legacy systems is preferred
