Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Manager to lead a remote team of engineers responsible for the infrastructure and operational backbone of a cybersecurity SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a remote DevOps team through clear expectations and coaching
Oversee AWS cloud environments and define CI/CD architecture and automation strategy
Champion engineering excellence and modernize infrastructure-as-code practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in building and shipping large-scale software systems
2+ years of experience leading DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering teams
Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and services
Deep experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent)
