DevOps Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Manager to lead and support their DevOps initiatives with a focus on security and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on DevOps initiatives, contributing to infrastructure design and incident response
• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure across various environments
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance release efficiency and reliability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in a DevOps or SRE role with expertise in cloud infrastructure, especially AWS
• Experience supporting SOC2 environments and implementing security best practices
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers while balancing hands-on work
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and automation tools
