DevOps Manager

Job Summary

Managing and integrating DevSecOps practices, the full-time remote DevOps Manager will lead a team, align software delivery with federal IT requirements, and enhance system security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a DevSecOps team while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Align products and processes with federal IT requirements and oversee the application of NIST 800-53 controls
• Communicate with leadership to monitor delivery metrics, manage risks, and strategically allocate resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of three years of experience managing technical teams and leading DevOps and CI/CD initiatives
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineering and security
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
