DevOps Manager (Azure)

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on DevOps Manager (Azure), this full-time remote position will lead a team of engineers, define and execute the Azure DevOps strategy, and design CI/CD pipelines while driving cloud modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define and execute the Azure DevOps vision and roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern tooling

Required qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure and platform services
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation, preferably with Azure DevOps
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
• Solid understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, and governance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
