DevOps Manager, Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the teams responsible for cloud production environments, the full-time remote DevOps Manager, Cloud Infrastructure will manage cloud infrastructure, platform operations, and security operations, ensuring high availability and security while driving the adoption of AI and intelligent automation.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and security
• Defines and improves service level objectives related to performance and reliability while implementing strong incident and change management practices
• Drives the adoption of AI-driven capabilities in CloudOps and SecOps to enhance operational productivity and security analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience with hands-on expertise in multiple domains, including Cloud Infrastructure and Information Security
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• 5+ years of direct Cloud IaaS/PaaS experience, with AWS preferred
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001/2 and NIST 800-53 preferred
