Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Team Manager/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a scalable, secure DevOps strategy to support high system availability and business continuity
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems to optimize deployment efficiency
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure delivery consistency and remove blockers for improved workflows

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
• Agile Scrum Master certification (strongly preferred)
