DevOps Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To drive technical strategy and enhance developer experience, the full-time remote DevOps Platform Engineer will define initiatives, architect internal platforms, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and implement security practices while collaborating with engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical strategy for Developer Experience & Engineering Enablement initiatives
- Architect and implement scalable internal developer platforms and optimize CI/CD pipelines for performance and security
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide effective solutions and mentor junior engineers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on DevOps, DevEx, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Proven track record of designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Deep expertise with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and strong programming skills in languages like C#, Python, or Java
- Extensive experience with CI/CD systems and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus)
