DevOps Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Release Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for deployment in customer-managed environments
• Develop tooling and infrastructure for packaging, testing, and delivering reliable self-hosted releases
• Partner with customers to understand infrastructure constraints and create robust deployment architectures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with high-performance backend systems
• Knowledge of public clouds and container orchestration (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes)
• Experience with packaging, release engineering, or reproducible build systems (e.g., Bazel)
• Enthusiasm for the AI and LLM ecosystem with a desire to learn emerging technologies
• Ability to operate autonomously in a small, fast-moving team
