DevOps/SRE Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing infrastructure, the full-time DevOps/SRE Engineer will troubleshoot and fix incidents, rebuild systems for production-grade reliability, and automate processes, all while working remotely in a four-day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by identifying root causes and implementing fixes
• Rebuild and enhance infrastructure with a focus on monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery
• Automate repetitive tasks and drive strategic projects from identification to execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including subnetting, NAT, and routing
• Real bare-metal experience with physical infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to find root causes of issues rather than just addressing symptoms
• Comfort with on-call duties and incident response
