DevOps Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time remote DevOps Team Lead will manage the delivery and reliability of an AWS cloud platform, focusing on Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence while balancing hands-on engineering with technical leadership responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Infrastructure-as-Code across a multi-account AWS environment
- Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, ensuring security and compliance
- Translate product and engineering needs into clear infrastructure requirements and manage the DevOps backlog
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps at a senior or technical lead level
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code
- Deep hands-on AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, IAM, and security
- Proven ownership of infrastructure CI/CD pipelines, including automated policy and validation controls
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog ownership and stakeholder negotiation
