DevOps Team Lead
Job Summary
Owning the delivery and reliability of the AWS cloud platform, the full-time remote DevOps Team Lead will engage in hands-on engineering and technical leadership, focusing on Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability while guiding the team in translating product needs into actionable infrastructure requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Infrastructure-as-Code across a multi-account AWS environment
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, ensuring security and compliance controls
- Facilitate the team's Scrum cadence, including backlog refinement and incident management
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in software engineering or DevOps at a senior or technical lead level
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code
- Deep AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, IAM, and security
- Proven ownership of infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and production operations
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum practices and translating ambiguous needs into technical plans
