DevOps Tools Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Tools Support Engineer to administer and enhance internal engineering platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Perforce, and Code Collaborator
• Provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to authentication, permissions, and workflows
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards while conducting system upgrades and performance checks

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering DevOps/ALM platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with at least four tools from Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Perforce, and Code Collaborator
• Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps pipelines
