Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Operations Coordinator for their Clinical Education team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and refine workflow initiatives to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Oversee the success metrics of team members during onboarding and professional development
• Collaborate on operational oversight to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Project Management and Operations
• 1 year of professional experience in Clinical Workflow Implementation (preferred)
• 1 year of professional experience in Education/Training (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology (or related field) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Looker (a plus)
