Job Summary
To support a U.S. Army enterprise program, the full-time DevSecOps Cloud Engineer will design, build, and operate secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the availability and performance of mission-critical systems while requiring an active Secret security clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines within GitLab, enforcing DevSecOps principles
- Manage and troubleshoot complex hybrid deployments, ensuring interoperability between containerized microservices and monolithic applications
- Implement and enforce cloud security controls, including IAM policies and VPC security, across environments
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud/Systems Engineering with a focus on production environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EKS and EC2 instance management
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Proficiency in Python or Bash for automation of system configurations and tool integrations
- Active Secret security clearance
