Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and support customer applications within the cloud-native platform
Implement, maintain, and improve infrastructure and workflows for secure deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance deployment pipelines

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with containerized applications and orchestration tools
Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Go, Python, or Bash preferred)
Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
