DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the integration of security across the software development lifecycle, the full-time remote DevSecOps Engineer will design and implement security-first CI/CD pipelines, automate security testing, and partner with engineering teams to ensure secure application deployment and operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed security controls and scanners into CI/CD pipelines and maintain automated security workflows
• Secure cloud-native architectures across AWS and enforce security policies for containerized workloads
• Perform threat modeling exercises and develop security standards for Generative AI applications

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering, with 3+ years in a DevSecOps role
• Demonstrable expertise in the AWS ecosystem and proficiency in securing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Top-tier industry certifications such as CISSP, SANS GIAC, or CASP
• Familiarity with OWASP and experience with modern security tooling
• Understanding of AI regulations and threat actor tactics related to AI
