DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance security measures for clients and internal systems, the remote DevSecOps Engineer will oversee security architecture, manage internal security requests, and develop scalable security controls while collaborating with the Security team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle internal security requests and ensure employees have appropriate access while maintaining least privilege principles
• Review and assess new technologies through a security lens, and automate security processes and alerts
• Triage vulnerabilities from various sources and maintain updated security documentation and training materials

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing security in Linux-based infrastructures, AWS, and code
• Security certifications or equivalent real-world experience
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing, threat modeling, and vulnerability scanning
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Strong background in security across multiple facets and environments
