DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support government cyber data modernization, the full-time salaried DevSecOps Engineer will provide operational engineering support for cloud-based cybersecurity data systems, ensuring system availability and collaborating with Agile DevOps teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational engineering support for cyber data systems in government cloud environments
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor data ingestion and storage pipelines
• Collaborate in an Agile DevOps team using continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools and practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining large-scale IT systems or supporting system/application integration
• Proficiency in administering Linux operating systems
• AWS cloud experience, including AWS CLI, Config, and SecurityHub
• Intermediate proficiency in Python programming
