DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

Building and owning the DevSecOps function from the ground up, the full-time DevSecOps Engineer will define strategy, assess security postures, and implement security controls across the software development lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current security posture of applications, infrastructure, and development processes
• Establish and maintain secure CI/CD practices, integrating security checks into engineering workflows
• Design and enforce security controls for cloud environments and containerized applications

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering
• Proven experience building security processes or programs from scratch
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating security controls
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and container security
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
