DevSecOps Engineer with IAT Level II

Job Summary

Integrating security practices throughout the software development lifecycle, the remote DevSecOps Engineer with IAT Level II will implement security controls, manage compliance, and design secure CI/CD pipelines while collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls throughout the development pipeline
• Collaborate with Information System Security Officers to ensure compliance with security standards
• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security testing and vulnerability scanning

Required qualifications

• 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience
• IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security)
• Strong experience in DevSecOps practices and security automation
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile development practices
• Extensive knowledge of STIGs, NIST frameworks, and federal security compliance requirements
