DevSecOps Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, DevSecOps Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enforce DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated security tooling
• Drive vulnerability identification and manage security tooling stack while producing a risk register
• Lead penetration testing cycles and develop an incident response playbook

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, application security, or security engineering
• Demonstrated experience managing security in software development environments
• Strong development background with proficiency in at least one programming language
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD security tooling and cloud security
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
