DevSecOps Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevSecOps Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the effectiveness and continuous improvement of DevSecOps processes and practices
• Drive software delivery improvements across multiple Agile teams and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot application defects and enhance security posture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles
• Proven experience managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure in cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools and expertise in scripting and automation using languages like Bash or Python
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS, and experience with containerization and orchestration tools
