DevSecOps Lead

Job Summary

Delivering senior technical leadership for Air Force IT systems, the remote Platform / DevSecOps Lead will oversee platform architecture, DevSecOps strategy, and lifecycle management, ensuring secure, automated, and high-performing system delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing GitLab or other CI/CD systems
• Lead teams in an Agile/SCRUM software development process to automate infrastructure and support containerized platforms
• Provide technical guidance and solutions based on program needs, while mentoring engineers on secure coding and deployment practices

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance
• DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience, with 5+ years hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD in enterprise environments
• Demonstrable experience leading technical teams and architecting solutions within an Agile and/or SAFe environment
