DevSecOps Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of DevSecOps engineers, ensuring accountability and high performance
• Drive the implementation and improvement of secure CI/CD practices and cloud security compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance observability, operational excellence, and developer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams in relevant disciplines
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and Infrastructure as Code tools
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration platforms, and knowledge of application and cloud security practices
