Job Summary
To drive Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy and provide thought leadership, the remote DEX Strategy Lead will manage executive workshops, facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions, and guide DEX maturity assessments while leveraging Nexthink expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the customer's DEX Experience Management Strategy, aligning it with business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops and governance forums to establish strategic priorities and success measures
- Lead DEX maturity assessments and translate findings into prioritized recommendations and strategic roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading DEX Experience Management programs and governance frameworks
- Experience in an advisory-level or consulting role with executive-level, client-facing responsibilities
- Strong background in DEX, EUC, Workplace Technology, IT Operations, or Digital Workplace consulting
- Deep hands-on experience with the Nexthink platform, including implementation and analytics
- United States Citizenship is required
