DHS Case Reviewer

Job Summary

As a quality control resource, the remote-friendly DHS Case Reviewer will review Reports of Investigation and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission to the government, while collaborating with field staff to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review investigative reports, interviews, and record checks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Ensure all work products meet customer and contract requirements prior to submission
• Provide coaching and guidance regarding investigative standards and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT security clearance
• Experience in DHS operations is highly desired
• Proven background in quality control or review processes
• Strong understanding of investigative standards and documentation requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with field staff and quality assurance personnel
